What does Vaxol do?

Vaxol is an easy-to-use ear spray that softens wax plugs and removes earwax, lubricates dry ear canals and relieves itching and irritation.

Prevents and treats wax plugs

By regularly using Vaxol, you can prevent and treat wax plugs. Vaxol’s pharmaceutical-grade olive oil dissolves the earwax according to the principle “fat dissolves fat” and thus reduces the need for ear washing at the medical center. If flushing is necessary after all, Vaxol helps to soften the existing wax plug.

Protects your ears from water

When you use Vaxol, a protective barrier is created on the skin in the ear canal, which reduces the risk of water entering the ear and causing problems. Frequent exposure to water can cause itching and irritation and increase the risk of ear canal inflammation, also known as swimmer’s ear.

Clean your ears in a gentle way

Vaxol is a gentle method to clean the ear canal and naturally remove earwax. With pharmaceutical-grade olive oil, Vaxol works according to the principle “fat dissolves fat”, which helps to maintain the natural cleaning mechanism of the ears.

When is Vaxol® used?

Problems in the ear canal can occur in all of us, regardless of age. People who use a lot of cotton swabs, headphones or hearing aids – or spend a lot of time in water – are at greater risk of problems.

Instead of cotton buds

Vaxol is a safer and more effective alternative to cotton buds, which can damage the ear canal and push wax deeper into the ear. Vaxol softens and helps to naturally remove earwax, while preventing itching and irritation.

With frequent use of headphones and hearing aids

Headphones and hearing aids, like cotton buds, can push earwax further into the ear and eventually form a wax plug. By using Vaxol, you help the ear to naturally remove earwax and soften any wax plug.

Before swimming, bathing and showering

By using Vaxol before swimming, bathing and showering, a protective barrier is created on the skin in the ear canal. This reduces the risk of water entering the ear and creating problems, such as dry ear canals or ear canal inflammation (also called swimmer’s ear).

Vaxol® throughout life

Vaxol is a gentle method for removing earwax, and can be used by both children and the elderly. Whether the wax build-up is due to overproduction, blockage of the ear canal or the use of cotton swabs, Vaxol makes sure to keep the ears clean and healthy.
